Refund and Returns Policy

At Sastrugi Press, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That said, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and limited return policy.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience any issues downloading your file, please contact us, and we’ll help resolve the problem promptly.

Physical Books & Merchandise
We accept returns of physical products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To request a return:
Email us at contact at sastrugipress dot com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with instructions if your return is approved.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items include:

  • eBooks or any digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom merchandise

  • Sale items marked final

Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your return has been approved but you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days, email us for a follow-up

Shipping Returns
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
